Why? It's Annoying!

Ok, Forgive me, but I'm venting out of irritation. I have got into using almost no figures other than Genesis 3 in males. Every time I load any G3, it's shaped like Guy 7. This has been happening every since he came out and I bought him. I have to go into my shaping tab, track down Guy 7 body and head separately and remove them by the sliders off my G3. I have read up on packaging and selling shapes and morphs. I read somewhere (that I don't remember now) that if you either do (or don't do) something certain while making your shape or morph to sell, it would connect itself to another figure in this way. So basically, I'm still waiting for a guy 7 update in my IM. Or...is there something I don't know in order to fix this? Thanks for reading my gripe!
Comments
Guy 7 shouldn't be doing that - if it was a general issue with the character theer would be a lot more comments. Try reinstalling, which should reset any changes you may have inadvertently made. If that doesn't help find the Guy slider and click the gear icon, then the Parameter Settings option. At the bottom of the dialogue there are two tabs - Controllers and Sub-components; look to see if there are any entries in Controllers, and if there are check that they are not loading in a non-zero state.
Thanks for the respose. I just tried everything you said. except reloading him, he's not listed in my downloads on my IM for some strange reason. I tried to hit the reset button on him too. Here's a screenshot of what you said to pull up. I closed Daz, reopened and loaded a G3. No change, so also here's what Elijah 7 looks like when I load him.
And Killian, Jax, and the full Guy 7 are all zeroed?
Umm, where and how do I check that? I have been looking at what I have pulled up and theres a couple of 0% but I don't know what I'm looking for.
They should be, under their own names, in the list of parameters.
Make sure you are looking for The Guy 7, under T, not Guy 7, under G.
