Install Tab Problems

The Instal Tab is telling me that a bunch of files that I know are already installed are not actually installed. How can I fix this?

    How were they installed? The Install pane goes by the database, so a manual install that wasn't followed by a metadata import would not be seen.

    I did install them manually.

    Try reimporting metadata - open the Content Library option menu (lined button in the top corner or right-click the tab), Content DB Maintenance, check Reimport Metadata, Accept, check the master box for store items, Accept
