DS - Please add preference setting for scrollbar width

The scrollbars on DAZ Studio panels are so thin that I have difficulty using them. I'm sure most users are happy with them as they are, but I wish for a preference setting people with high-res screens could use to make them wider and more grabbable.

That isn't possible with the current version of the QT scripting langauge Studio uses.
