Tutorials can't open

I just downloaded DAZ, and I want to use the guided tutorial. However, it says I need to click "continue" below, but that section of the window is off the screen. It is not visible and it cannot be clicked. I can click "esc" to exit, but is there any keyboard button I can press that will allow me to continue? The window also cannot be dragged, and as far as I can tell resizing the screen resolution is also no help.

What resolution are you using? The curse of the 16:9 aspect ratio means there has recently been a reduction in vertical dimension on a lot of displays, which is a pain. You can use the tab key to advance the highlight and then use the spacebar to press the invisible button, but that's obviously awkward - especially on a tutorial. I assume return/enter doesn't work?
