michael 4 for genesis 2 male doesn't seem to work

Just bought michael 4 for Genesis2 male for a scene I'm working on  -- can't find any chainmail for Gen2 male, unfortunately -- and it doesn't seem to work.  HUGE gaps in the figure would be bad enough, but the clothing won't even load onto the figure!  Could I please have a refund or some explanation of how to fix this?

    Are you sure you're loading the clothes, not just a material?

    I'd like to know too because I'm having a similar issue: I can load the michael 4 character into the scene and he looks great, I can pose him, but I can't find any clothes for him other than the briefs he appears in.

    Are you using M4 or M4 for G2M?

    And where are you looking for clothes? In smart content? As M4 is in Poser format and predates the addition of smart content in DS you'll probably need to look for his clothes in the regular content tab, under "poser formats".
