Installing 3rd Party Content

So, after googling it and watching youtube videos, I'm at a total loss, hense my I'm here.

I'm using Daz Studio 4.9 & I'm trying to install some 3rd party content but it's just not having it.

Every video i watch says go to My Documents >> Daz 3D >> Studio >> My Library & pop it in there, but every video I watch they have loads of folders in there, like people, props ect, but I only have 2 folders, Runtime & Scripts

Any advice?

Well, the folder you're referring to is your personal save folder, so it's not that uncommon that there isn't much in there yet. However, you could check in Daz Studio to make sure it actually uses that folder (you can fully customize this). Start DS, Press F2, go to the "Content" tab and click "Content directory manager" at the bottom. Expand both Daz Studio and Poser formats, both sections should be listing that directory you mentioned (My Documents >> Daz 3D >> Studio >> My Library).

Also keep in mind that Runtime provides a structure of its own. So if you're trying to add a Poser based freebie then you'll need to merge its folders with your existing runtime folder.
