Items that do not update

Hmmmm I have three products that do not update. I get a little activity when I right-click and try, but nothing happens and the update icon stays.

I always thought it meant there was an update for a product that had a REQUIRED ITEM- I did not own.

But, Dominator requires no other products and has that issue. Any ideas?

    Is this Daz Studio 4.9.3.166? The previuous public betas did, for me, have an issue with very large files on "slow" connections (7mbs doesn't seem particularly slow to me) but that was fixed in the current version. Another user was having a similar issue in the current build, however, though the cause seemed different - it may be worht opening a support ticket on this in case there's an issue with your account.
