Daz Pro 4.9 Install Problems (and tutorials are somewhat N/A)

I have attempted to install Daz Pro 4.9 but no luck so far. I don't get the 'Add To Cart' option with the base software, the DIM grinds away at the Visual C++ 2010 Runtime and upon a manual install, Daz 4.9 Grinds away at loading the CMS. I left the DIM running for four hours with no change and I let the Daz 4.9 Splash Screen run for 12 hours with no change. I even went as far as to eradicate all traces of Daz on my PC  (and the 2010 RunTime) before once again trying to install the program but still no change. I am not a novice computer user but any help would be appreciated.

Computer: Windows 10 x64 up to date

I7-4790 Quad Core CPU 32 GB System RAM
