    That may be a question for the ages,  how does one interpret a "blank" post.

    It won't let me delete it to put the proper picture in :( I can't edit it either for some reason.

    Click the gear icon, select Edit, and attach a new image - you are seeing the old one as it is still in the cache. You could do a forced refresh (ctrl-F5 or ctrl-r) to clear it from your cache.

    Thanks but I've already tried that and it's not working. Any chance admin can delete it as I have no option to delete.
