Question about Rendering iRay Lighting without background

I have a question, using the ready to render scene in daz. I would like to know if there is a way to render the iray lighting without the background? I seem to keep rendering the image but without lighting, is there a way around this?

Funny.. I am running into a simular issue for my scenes, from what I am trying to do, to cut down the time
You need to "open up" the scene to let the light in. How that's done depends on the set. Some sets have a removable (or hidable) ceiling. Those are the easiest to work with. If your set doesn't have a way to open the top to make a kind of skylight, you can instead add scene lights inside to provide the lighting you need. This is much easier said than done. You might want to invest a little in a pre-made light set. Be sure to get one for Iray; sets for 3Delight will not work.
