Daz Lights having invisible keyframes

Every now and then without ever messing with the lights, if I go down the timeline frame by frame my distant lights will turn into specular lights on random frames without any keyframes on them. If I click on the distant light via the scene tab no keyframes are on the timeline or even on my timeline using keymate, so I have to go frame by frame of over 100's to see which ones were changed to specular lights
