I found this in the daz horse 2 thread in the commons.
https://sites.google.com/site/crblackthorne/downloads
Unfortunately i'm having a bit of a problem with it.
I have to decode it with rte encoder,.
I downloaded rte , but I don't know what to name the new file and where to put it?
Can anyone help, please?

You don't need to rename anything ,you only need rte to open the file with the Milhorse obj. as a key, then place the folder in the Studio4 library .....
I hope I'm making sense .......it then gives you the ability to switch which UV's you are using on the Horse2 ,you do have to hand load the textures if you have ones that CauriB didn't have ,but hand load them save them as a material and then you'll have them ready for the next time you want them
Thank You for answering, but I don't understand. In rte Encoder, I select first the source file - that would be Horse 2 Mil Horse UV and Clone.rte?
Then it asks for the output file and suggests keeping the original name.
Would the output file then be Horse 2 Mil Horse UV and Clone.obj or Horse 2 Mil Horse UV and Clone.dsf ?
And where to put the output file?
..My Library\data\DAZ 3D\DAZ Horse 2\Base\UV Sets\DAZ 3D\Base ?
And with or without the folder "Horse 2 Mil Horse UV and Clone" ?
I confess myself a bit confused *g*
Lemme go back and look at it again ,and I'll get back with ya
That would be great, thanks.
Okay Yes the source file is Horse 2 Mil Horse UV and Clone rte, then the Out put file name is the same ..... and then it will ask you for the key, which is the original MilHorse obj.,browse to it's location, and open it ,what will happen is it will then pop out a zip file that you then do a normal extract on ......it has a Animals folder and a data folder just put them into either your My Library folder or Content folder ,the data folder should merge with the data folder already there and you should be good to go Open up DS look in the DS Content under the Animal folder that will now be there and TaaaaDaaa .
Oh yeah and I would suggest making a copy of the zip file and saving it,so you don't have to go through this again!!I did and someday I will be grateful!!
Ahh.. thank You very very much. Now its working perfectly *g*. I'd never thought, that the outputfile might just be a zip *g*
Well I'm glad I could be of help.
