Does anyone know how to edit / create a new UV map for a figure saved as a DSF or DUF?

    The easiest way I know of...export as an obj, load into a modelling app or UV editing program, export UV layout.

    Some UV tools...
    Roadkill Free (tut for use with Poser...http://www.morphography.uk.vu/uvmapping.html)
    LithUnwrap Free
    UVMapper Free and Pay
    UltimateUnwrap Pay
    UVLayout Pay
    [url= http://www.polygonal-design.fr/e_unfold/]Unfold 3d Pay

    Most modelling programs have UV unwrapping, but I find Blender's UV tools to be some of the best...

    I've tried to send it to Hexagon, and can do the editing there.

    To send it from Hexagon back to DS 4.5 doesn't do what I want, but export as an obj is possible.

    The place where I'm stuck at the moment is how to get the new UV map into the current figure's UV Set, saved as a DSF / DUF?

    Ok...if you've got the alternate UV already made then you use the context menu in the Surface pane to load it...(the little icon in the upper corner of Surface that looks like a lined piece of paper).

    If you want to set up an alternate uv try this thread http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/14032/
