Save as pose preset issue?

Has anyone else had issue with "save as pose preset" ignoring the starting frame on a range?

I wanted to save frames 30-59 of only a character forearm and hand, and repeat them for 60-89 but received the "not enough frames" message, when let it  "add frames" my count increased to 120... because it saved 60 frames instead!  Did this 10 times for a better sample

Curious, I went back and saved 0-29 and applied that to 60-89 and it worked just fine.  Anything range beginning with values between 1-59 fails a 30 frame save- what  is going on?

Anyone else out there with that?
