Annoyance opening Daz 4.9

I have been using daz for years. Just recently When I try to open a Daz scene that I built previously, it will not open it, but if I drag the file I want it opens ok but does not retain the name that the file that i drug in.  I have reinstalled all the conent and redownloaded Daz Studio and reinstalled it.

When I open a daz scene the window that it opens in stays on top of the windows.  Everything opens behind it.

Neither of the problem a show stoppers but they are just frustrating

Any ideas?
