Is there a way to lock an element (face, hand, hip, etc) from morphing when using full body morphs (ie: werewolf, child,etc)on the Genesis figure?

Basically NO.

If the vendor did not provide PBM then you are out of luck unless you want to start doing some tricks in a modelling program. There are a few threads about this in the forum right now, you may be able to find one and see what was discussed.
