Looking for free shader

Back in the old forum, someone created a shader that was kinda steampunk with gears on it and the image was it being used on a vest. I know the shader is on sharecg yet I can't seem to find it. Problem is I can't remember the extact name so searches come up with everything but what I am looking for.

Does anyone remember what the shader was called or have the link to it?
