Weird effect with Severed Man

I realize I could be in a "no man's land" when trying to get help on this, since it's a Daz product that I'm using with poser, but maybe somebody else has ran into the problem before too.

I have RawArt's "Severed Man" and every part of it works fine when I import into Poser Pro 2014 with the DSON importer, except for when it comes to the neck part.  If I try to make a disembodied head or a headless body, I end up with these results:

Has anyone else run into this issue when using DSON for this?  Is there a way to fix it?
