How do you make Skin shine in IRAY?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I set Glossy Layered Weight to 2.0. and GLossy Roughness to 0.4 and i don't see much of the Shine that we would get in 3Ddelight. Is it possible?

In this picture no shine at all in the chest. For some reason the face does seem to have some shine(i used same settings), but not the body
