How does JM HUmanShader work? i don't see any difference

Suposedly great skin shader. But i apply it and i don't see any results. It looks the same as when i use my character with non iray shader.

First picture with the shader not applied,  second with it. They loook the same aside from some little bit more Gloss on the JM humanshader.

 

How do i Use this shader? Anyway to ask the author?
