Bump & Normal maps in IRray, how to use them ? (SOLVED)

I have converted some skins from M3 using Texture Converter TC2, I can get the bump maps to work in 3Delight when I render, but am getting no results in Iray with the same settings.
Bump maps were loaded into the Surfaces tab Bump Strength, given a value of 200%, Negative Bump -0.25, Positive Bump 0.25.
Normal Maps were created from the bump maps using the NVIDIA plugin https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop.
Are there any extra settings in Iray that I need to adjust to get the Bump & Normal maps to work.
Have included the renders for 3Delight and Iray for those to see the difference.

Adjusted the parameter setting to 20, and got a result. Happy now !!!!
Cool free plugin...wonder if it works with Gimp.
Yes, there seems to be something weird going on with the numerical Bump values — whenever you convert from a 3Delight material, if there's a Bump map it always seems to default to a value of 1. I've got no idea what it's 1 of, it doesn't seem to be the usual default D|S scale of centimetres.
Note that this also applies to Normal maps converted from Bumps; there are parameters to adjust the Normal scale if it's too low, but it's always better to have the Normal created in the first place with at least roughly the correct min/max values.
When converting a 3Delight material to iray, my general rule of thumb is to increase the bump value by 10 and take it from there.
