Ron's Underwater Air (Photoshop ABR Brush File ) HELP!!

Ron's Underwater Air  (Photoshop ABR Brush File ), was purchased yesterday. 

I purchased Ron;s Brush file and tried to install it the normal way and ffailed. It requested an App file be downloaded from DAZ to install it. There were some other files Dax that required another App to read them. I don't understand what;s going on. Why complicate things???.

Can anyone please help?

If you go to your Product Library   you can download and install anything manually,  is this what you mean

Do have PhotoShop?  If yes do you have its path set in the Applications tab of DIM?
