Genesis Monster Details Obj. Missing

Not sure what happened, but the Genesis Monster Details seem to have lost their .obj files...which means that if they show up at all, they just look like a bunch of gray boxes on the ends of my characters' fingertips.  I know, I know, I'm still using Genesis when Genesis 3 Male and Female are already out, but Genesis really is the best for making families where males and females actually look related...because they use all of the same morphs.  Anyway, I only noticed this change earlier today, and I've done nothing to the file itself, but I did update recently, and I'm wondering if something got lost or overwritten in the process.  I tried uninstalling and redownloading and installing the product, but to no avail.  It shows up in the library, but when I double-click, nothing loads.  It's not invisible--I checked the display settings--and it doesn't even have anything in the surfaces tab.  If this isn't the place to put this, I'm sorry; should I maybe submit a help ticket?  I am, however, curious as to whether or not anyone else had this issue.

Check the end of Help>Troubleshooting>View log immediately after loading the claws, are there errors?
