Poser cannot find the files

Poser is not able to find the files for young teen items when I try to load them. I am using Poser 9 and the DSON importer is installed. I installed the Files that had Poser in the file name. What am I doing wrong?

    You need both the DSON Core installer, which has the actual figure information, and the Poser Companion Files that enable Poser to access the information. For the teens you also need the Genesis Starter Essentials, again both the Core and Companion files.

    i didn't wait for a response from the ticket. I figured they can jsut credit me the cost of the installer. Now i get this prompt when I try to load a genesis figure.

    The DSON Importer requires a writable runtime folder that is outside of program files. Add a writable runtime folder to the library and try again.

    i install the downloader files to the poser 9 library and everything else to default poser 9 locations and I don't get it. why will this just not install to where it needs to be and run right?
