How do you use Genesis 2 Alive(product)?

What does it actually do in terms of animation. I know they're a set of aniblocks that manipulate the muscles but how exactly do you use it? What is it for?

I bought it but i don't understand it. I can see there are blinks for blinking and i can see how to use those but. i don't understand how to use the other stuff
