Laptop crashed, what order do I reinstall software, contents,add-on, etc.

Hi all, my Windows 10 laptop crashed a few weeks ago and I am finally getting around to reloading everything. Of course, this is a PITA.It took forever to re-install Windows 10 and it of it freaking updates and patches. I used Install Manager in the past when I originally loaded everything over the years, so is there any particular order the software and all of it contents and add-ons get loaded in. 

For example, I have several different version of base characters (V4 and V3), morphs, accessories (hair, outfits, poses, textures etc), plug-ins (like Growing Up or Shape Shift.
