Where are the Dials to move eyes up and down, left and right Genesis 2?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I can't find them. i think i saw them long ago but now i can'tfind it. ALso, is there one to blink/close the eye lid?

    The master controls that affect both eyes may be in the Head Morph Pack, but the basic controls and the blink morphs should be under Pose Controls in the Parameters pane with the figure or head (for blink) or eye(s) (for movement) selected.
