Figure turned into a group of grey blocks when moving it

Hi,

Whenever I move an object or figure , it shows up as a bunch of grey blocks . It has been working fine before but not sure why it is like this now. Does anyone experience this before?

    Window > Tabs > Tool Settings. Under "Draw Style", set Manipulation to Off.

    Note that each tool has it's own setting, so it may be set differently for Node Selection, Universal, etc.
