" Fatal Error " Problem

I tried to use the software ( v. 4.9 Win. 32 Bit ) on my computer ( laptop, runs Windows 10 ) and it would close every time I tried to log in to my account due to a " fatal error ", so I tried using it offline, but when I stopped the current tutorial and tried to find a way to model from scratch, it closed due to the " fatal error ". Please help, I don't know what to do!

Exactly which version - Help>About Daz Studio. There's an issue with the .dll used for some online features, on some systems, and there's an issue with the interactive lessons in some situations - both are, as far as I know, fixed in the current public beta.
