Need to clone/copy my runtime partition (solved)

I have a 30GB partition on my data HDD for the runtime content, but now it's getting to be nearly full and I was thinking about copying or cloning it to a 128GB SSD (Crucial C300). The thing is, the HDD is a WD 6400 AAKS, so I'm not sure what sector size it uses.

Anyone know of a good free software for cloning/copying the partition to my SSD. I've looked at this one http://www.partitionwizard.com/ and I think it should work, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
