Fitting new clothes to Genesis?

I have also had the issue of wanting certain clothes to 'fit' to whatever figure I choose to use but of course I cannot.

Can anybody tell if and how I can get the Stormwind Cape for V4 on to my Genesis figure below, which has already a load ofstuffon her that isn't for her Genesis body. learning this then would help with he other clothes and armor.

It's Poser Dynamics - I picked it up too. I'm going to pick up one of the dynamic solutions at the other site sometime so I can make use of it. Or learn how to rig, whichever comes first. :-)

There are 2 solutions over at Rendo, one I believe turns it into Daz Studio compatable dynamics (the cheapest) and the other is an external solution for draping and importing back into DS. I haven't bought either yet so I'm no expert but there are threads about them in this forum. I believe there are a couple more Dynamic solutions in the works. Someone with experience of the two available could give you a better answer. :-)

There is the VWFD and VWFD DAZ Studio Plugin and VWFD Carrara Plugin all over at Renderosity. That product is good but even a long time  Carrara user told my it takes patience and practice to use the product, although not quite as much patience as dynamic clothing and the dynamic clothing plugin for DAZ Studio requires. I've been waiting to buy it myself but my old laptop specs keep pushing that purchase off.

The real cheap way...pose your model, add the cape...export the posed model with cape set invisible, then reverse and export the cape.  Then import both into Blender and run a cloth sim on it...

Then export the draped cape back out of Blender.

    Works great for static images.

Sorry, it's called VWD Virtual Cloth and Hait by Virtual World Dynamics. I must be dyslexically thinking about VFW

I only have DazStudio and I am on a Mac chaps. All your recomendations are Windows based sadly.

If I cannot get the pancho to drape, then fine, it was only an addition to the character design. The cloak I am using is the main issue. It has little or no parameters and I really need the hood and cape  of the cloak to move indepentantly of eachother for fight sequences so I can avoid situations like this:
