Ah, nevermind, I replaced with the Casual Outfit shirt from G3M & will try Mech4D's Plaid iRay preset on it.
It looks like Autofit is putting some of the polys higher up the head than it should.
One way to fix it is to go into the joint editor, for the shirt, after conversion and delete any bones above the neck...then find the group those were in and reassign them to the neck (or where ever the rest are assigned...you'll need to use the GeoEditor for that).

I've done it on several transferred items...and it works nicely. Most of the time finding the 'orphans' isn't that hard.
