New to program. Want to make cartoon animals and use this program with SFM
Hi
I am in the process of downloading Daz 3D now. I am trying to make a cartoon using Source Filmmaker to put on YouTube which has a mix of human and animal cast. I have heard that it is possible to import models from Daz into SFM. Does anyone have experience with this and know how this is done?
Also does the free base product of Daz have the right assets to be able to make cartoon (as in talking walking on two legs etc) animals or do I need an extra pack? If not, what do I need and how do I get hold of it - does anyone have a link?
Thank you for your help
Regards

Theer are no anthropomorphic animals in the free content, you wold need to look at stroe products such as RawArt's mosnters (mostly for Genesis 1) or similar. If you have the relevant skills you could make your own morphs and textures (requires a modelling or sculpting application for morphs, an image editor for textures) and load those into DS so in thats esne the abse has what you need.
Also have a look at 3D Universe's products:
http://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=3d universe
All their animals are toonish but not many are bipedal.
If you search BlendSwap your have some free toon style animals, but not many.
