Creating Metadata Problem (daz root categories won't fit screen)

So I'm following this tutorial http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/20018/

And when I get to Getting Started, step 5), I get what'd seen in my print screen.

The problem is that there's more options that I need to the right of it... And I can't see them! :( (you can even see the orange selection at the right end)

My computer is already in the biggest resolution, so I can't make it smaller to fit more in the screen.

Help please?

I don't categorize from within the Content DB Editor because of this category overflow.  I categorize by selecting the icon(s) from the Content Library, right click and select Categorize.

Just select any icon in your Daz Studio or Poser Formats Content Libraries or even the Smart Content tab, such as the Lost and Found cateogry, right click and select "Categorize".

When doing it that way Lindsey, does it get written to the items metadata file?

would like to create the metadata file outside of Daz, would one of these work for that purpose?
