Update problem

This product recently downloaded an update and now some of the tattoos no longer load onto the character.

Error message reads:

2016-24-23 11:24:06.546     Json Parser (22,85): Syntax Error - expected ',' or '}'
2016-24-23 11:24:06.547 Error reading file, see log for more details.

Is it fixable?

That sounds like corruption - try uninstalling and redownloading, if that doesn't help please file a support ticket listing the exact files giving an error.
