Duplicate Formulas Found in Files error assistance

I have used Daz fine on my old PC. 

Now I have a new PC and have installed the latest Daz onto an SSD. I re-installed all my Daz Content using DIM.

Since I had many other products on my old PC I copied and pasted those folders and contents into my Daz folders over to my new SSD. This SSD is an external drive.

Daz opens from the SSD fine. But when I open a scene .duf file I get the follwing errors, Duplicate Formulas and missing files error. 

Can you assist me with this? I also think I have two autoadapted folders that have the same items inside?
