Viseme forThe Kids 4

Hi everyone! I'm making an animation as a Christmas card. The background and lightning are up. The character is loaded. It's "The kids 4". I bought Talk Designer especially for that. I tried it with V4, M4, A4. It works perfectly. But NOT with The Kids 4. Is the "Kids 4" different? I even tried to use V4's visemes on the Kids 4. The head moves nicely but she stays speechless. What can be the problem?

I even re-installed TheKids 4
