Is it possible that something to iray use bump maps DAZ 3D. I created a simple bump map, render it in 3D light shows, but render in iray does not see it.

You may need to adjust the strength in the Surfaces pane, after converting the material to the Iray Uber Base shader by applying the basic shader preset.
Could you please tell us a bit more about that... and is this what people are doing (or something along these lines) when they write that they are converting or improving old M3 and V3 assets or surfaces?
Select the model in the Scene and all its surfaces in the Surfaces pane, then in the Surfaces pane Presets tab under Sahders>Iray you should see the Iray Uber Base shader - just double-click that to replace the shader while retaining maps and values on correctly-named properties. Then you can make adjustments (or swap out maps - replacing displacement with normal maps for example - if you have the means)
