If you mean the Iray shadow catcher, turn Draw Ground off in Render Settings. Otherwise Daz Studio doesn't draw a ground in renders. if you just want to get rid of the grid while posing it's in the viewport option menu - the lined button in the top corner, or right-click on the pane's tab.
