Install Manager cannot find a required path...

I'm new to Daz3D and bought a few products today. Two files wouldn't install giving me these messages:

Install Manager cannot find a required path. The package for "Photoshop 3D Bridge for DAZ Studio 4.9+ (Win 64-bit)" requires that the installed path for "Photoshop CC, CS6, CS5, CS4 (64-bit)" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again.

Install Manager cannot find a required path. The package for "Real Fur for the Millennium Dog" requires that the installed path for "Carrara 8.5, 8, 7.2, 7, 6" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again.

Daz 3D Help Center gave me a path for each case but I don't have Photoshop or Carrara on my computer so I won't be able to use either package. I intend to use Photoshop in the future and maybe Carrara too. My question is (finally) will I be able to get these files in the future? I seem to have paid for "Real Fur... without getting a working version in return. If I had been told that Real Fur... needed Carrara to run I wouldn't have purchased it.

Thanks, Robinius

The Photoshop 3D Bridge is part of Daz Studio, so you will have it available whenever you need it (bear in mind that this and other plugins need to match the exact version of Daz Studio, so if at some point you want to save a particular version of DS, make sure you save the matching plugins as well).

You can return the Carrara product within 30 days of purchase -- just send a support request to Sales Support here:  https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

^ This is turning into an odd issue for me. First things worked, but suddenly it started giving errors like this.

    How to fix?

Do you have one of those versions of Photoshop? Have you told DIM about it in the Applications tab of the preferences (the gear icon in the top-right corner)?

I figured out how to fix it.

To avoid this in the future, i simply added all possiblities under applications.

My new problem however is that DIM is downloading with 7-40 kb/s.

Its so slow, that the download ends up failing.
