Alright,i'm gonna make it straight.......
where i can find textures of human like faces or bodies,in a matter of fact how can i create my own ones?
the only ones i know about are those used in today's on games but every game need it's special tool to drag the textures out...converting
them from crappy format to another just to find out they are in low res or corrupted......
if anyone could tell me what to do i'll be thankful,i know this is easy for some people but if i learned this shit i can help others when they
request it in future.........Thanks in advance.

One, the DS and Poser type textures are created from scratch, not Ripped from other sources.
Two, Many texture kits are sold right here at Daz3D . Here is the M4/H4/F4 one..

And then here you have the V4/A4/G4/S4 etcetera one..
http://www.daz3d.com/shop/utilities-resources/texture-resources/skinsource-v4
then you will need a good 2D editor, the time and skill to do your own edited versions for textures.
Here is the link to all the texture kits here at Daz3D. http://www.daz3d.com/shop/utilities-resources/texture-resources?p=1
I hope this helps you in your quest to texture.
A few free resources:

Those being linked to are pre-made textures that need some considerable amount of altering before you can distribute them.
Many people make their own from photographic resources from places like 3D.SK, DAZ however hire body models and use a body scanner on them to get much better resolution images, sadly they then give them to their pet vendors to turn into out of scale low res crap.
You could also grab a camera and start takeing some high rez photos of your own and make your own skin bases .....
Sometimes there's photo reference resource material sold at Daz3d too. The DVD merchant resource set for Reby Sky comes to mind.
Right now there might be this set for download: http://www.daz3d.com/shop/mikebarefoot-nude-male-photo-reference
n.b. the references are 404 and there's no mention on the product page so ? ... one would have to verify usability if wanted for use as a merchant resource.
