Can you guys give any tutorial on how to make the clothes flow? Or any downloadable contents or programs to do this? Please kindly explain things in layman's terms, most of the posts here in the forum that I find are very technical that it's really not helping a new user like me. I hope you guys understand.

That truely is a difficult task and as you say for sombody starting out with DS there is a lot to understand. Some clothes have morphs that can be used to make them flow in the wind. that is wha you should look for first in the clothes you have, you would find that wihting the parameters tab.
With some clothing items it works well to move the bondes similar like you set a pose by hand to a figure. A third method is applying a dformer to the clothing item and moving that around. Try to experiement with dformers beforehand to get a feel for what you can do with it.
There are more options but it keeps getting more complicated.
For learning your way around DS I would suggest you take a peek into the New User contests where a lot of the more basic things are tackled and questions will be anwered as they come up.

If there is one specific method from the ones I mentiones above you could mention which one and I can direct you to some tutorials for that.
Thank you for replying :) I haven't really tried playing around Daz studio that much yet because my laptop is having a hard time running the program so I'm planning to buy a pc but I do already understand most of the interface of the program. I don't know what a dformer is though, can you tell me more abot it? And how it can be used for making the flow of the hair? :)
here is a little thing I made for experimenting with dformers

maybe you start trying that and see what happens, then you will understand a lot more of how to apply that to hair. But especially hair often comes with movement morphs, you should check for them
You might want to use Dynamic clothing control plugin that is built into Daz Studio, that can give you flow you are looking for. Basically it is like the poser cloth room.
Only products by Optitex have this functionality built in. http://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=optitex
You can also get this type of functionality with Marvelous Designer, (a separate program kinda pricey) , you actually make the clothing yourself, and then import the results into Daz Studio for rendering.
There are also these...

What is this dynamic clothing plug in that comes with Daz Studio? I don't think I've ever heard of this. Where might one find it?
The basic plugin allows draping and limited control. It can be found Window > Panes (Tab) or right clicking in one of the panels that holds the tabs and Add Pane (Tab).

This cape shows the functionality at work http://www.daz3d.com/dynamic-cape
As Mjc said its in tabs:
An advanced plugin is available and adds more options like wind. http://www.daz3d.com/dynamic-clothing-control
Though I purchased it a while back, I'm not sure if its been updated lately.
Well, that's quite helpful thank you!
Do you also find this plug in by going to Windows, then dynamic clothing?
Window > Panes > Dynamic Clothing
Just checked and that happens to already be in my wishlist lol.
