installing dson importer in poser 10 with windows 7

Hey Everyone, I'm Doug. New to 3d animation using poser 10. So, I posted this same question a few weeks ago and got sidetracked. I ordered a bunch of things from daz the first part of September. I then realized I needed to download and install the DSON imported in order to use many of the things purchased. I was having trouble here. I contacted DAZ directly and got help immediately. The two of us worked for two and a half weeks with no success. Out of sheer frustration I pulled the plug and needed to get away from it for a whille. I know I was a few short clicks away from getting this done, but alas.Can anyone give me a step by step process using windows 7 to get this installed? The 3d animation looks so fun but have been completely stalled with this install. Help!

    What is the name of the installer you used, and what path did you give it during the installation?

    I used the dson importer straight from daz via the install manager.

     

    Compuer-OS (C:) Program Files (x86)

    So you're trying to install it with Daz Install Manager?  Can you go to Settings (gear icon in upper right) > Applications tab and post a screenshot?

    Yes! I don't know if it violates any protocol, but is it possible to do a phone call together to be more efficient for both of us? I can supply my cell if that works.:)
