Elite Human Surface Shaders- Just For Elite?

If the Elite Human Surface Shader is included in the Elite Textures http://www.daz3d.com/shop/v4-elite-texture-marie then why buy it? Or does it work outside of the Elite?

It works on all characters (and other surfaces, too, actually). But there is no need to buy it as it is included in DS4 for free. No idea why it's still a stand-alone item in the store.

It's been within 30 days I think- so they are going to have to give me a refund. Their catalog is such as mess with the lack of description- aka it should state "provided with studio versions blah blah blah"
