"requiers adjustment"?

I purchased:
http://www.daz3d.com/shop/surreal-gabriel

The readme says: "Materials are designed for Poser 6, and will require adjustment in DAZ Studio."
What do they mean by that?

Things like Specular Strength, Glossiness, Bump, Displacement will all be way off. The renders, in DS won't look good at all. Other surface settings won't be as off, but still may need some 'tweaking' done.

Ah ok, so I need to tweak them...needed some practise on that anyway XD
Glad to hear it won't be entirely useless in DAZ!

I have been looking for a way to make sunbeams through windows.
Is there a lightset I can buy for that?

In order not to spam the forum, I'll just put it within this one...
I am using Val ANgie outfit but I get these weird balls and two other weird items without tectures which are clinging to the skirt...
    What could this possibly be?
They also are still there after I render.

Those are "handles" that allow you to move a skirt/dress/etc. to more natural posing. Often a product will include a "hide handles" pose file but sometimes you just have to select the handle surface and set the opacity on the surfaces tab to 0%.
