Trouble with "Build your own Bundle"

For some reason I am not getting my additional PC discount adding "Build your own Bundle" items to my cart. Any ideas? I have 6 items. I am getting the 70% discount, but I should be getting the 82% discount. I logged out, and logged back in, tried adding other items.

    It takes 82% off the original price rather than the price including the 40% discount.
