Private messages not posting to my account>messages>inbox - RESOLVED

Yesterday I sent my first private message through Daz.  I received a response via email this morning.  So far so good.

But when I opened my Daz account, there was no message for which to respond.  So, I went back to the original email, and found a link.  By copying and pasting it to the browser, it opened to the message, and I was then able to respond.

My question is, why doesn't the message show up at my account>messages?inbox?

You got the message on the forum, not in the shop. It shows up here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/messages/all

(Cogwheels in the top right, then Inbox.)
