For some time now, the pictures ppl download to show a render, do not show up on my pc. I get a grey frame. Do I have to change a setting?

    I have had the same sort of problem for some time - I did a search of the forum for 'forum images' and found a couple of threads that were discussing it.

    The problem I had appeared to be with kaspersky 2012 - the solution is to add ' http://www.daz3d.com ' to your trusted sites in the settings for the web anti-virus, or even better to upgrade to 2013.

    Thanks Rosie, I have DAZ in trusted settings in Kaspersky, so that is not it. I'll try updating to 2013.

    I updated Kaspersky to 2013 and now see the renders in most threads, but not all. Still, it is an improvement.

    Was told to refresh and now it all works!
