Mlik Bath , SSS Material ?

Hi all, 

I'm actually doing some experiences with an other render engine , keyshot , to be clear. 

As you can see, I'm trying to make a render like the one we can see on the TVshow "Westworld". to be clear , I want to create a "milk bath". I'm not confortable with all the SS materials , etc. Anybody could help about that ? 

I would want a render like this one : 

 

This kind of translucidity is the one I'm trying to obtain. But without any result... Mine is near gelee material lol 

I want to do some G3 renders in milky bath, with some cybernetic parts... 

If someone could help...I'm totally lost in all that materials ....
