Mac64-bit Install Manager

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello, any ideas where I can find the Mac64-bit Install Manager? All I seem to be downloading is the 32-bit which isn't compatable (or at least keeps giving me fatal abort now errors) with my Mac Pro. Thanks.

MacOS10.10.5 Daz Studio 4.9.2.70 (64-bit)

    The 32-bit DIM is the only one there is. Are you sure you're not getting “[App name] can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”?

    Eh, that's annoying. No, this is in mid-install, not the Apple gatekeeper warning. Doesn't give me the opportunity to do anything other than abort.

    Ok, forgot I can also download products in-app, so I'll go for that instead. Thanks for the response.

    Ok, that is strange. The current version can be downloaded as a zip, then you just drag and drop the unzipped application into /Applications.

    Looks like a permissions issue.

    Did you run the BitRock DIM installer from an account that "can admin the computer", i.e  can sudo and get the Authenticate Dialog?
